Extract from the CAP aid for the 2020/2021 campaign, compensation payments to mountain areas. Resolution of 28 January 2020, of the General Secretariat, announcing the basic payment, payment for farmers who implement agricultural practices that are beneficial to the climate and the environment, supplementary payment for people who hold the status of "young farmer", specific payment for cotton, and the "small farmer" regime, payments linked to area and livestock, compensation payments to mountain areas, compensation payments for other areas facing significant natural constraints, and compensation payments for other areas affected by specific constraints for the 2020/2021 campaign.
